About The Baker
Reginald Beck is a 3rd generation baker and the creator of Fearless Bread.
He as appeared locally on Seattle's "KCTS 9 Cooks" viewer cooking show, the Puyallup Fair, and the Mother Earth Fair.
He and his wife Rosa opened "All Glory Bakery" in 2003 and have since then moved from retail to teaching the art of artisan bread baking.
He has successfully added gluten free baking to the class curriculum as well as tips for other food allergies.
Classes are currently held at the following locations in the Northwest:

* Sizzleworks - Bellevue
* Federal Way Naturopathy
* PCC Natural Markets
Current projects on the drawing board include a cookbook, videos, and a cable TV project.
