Company history
Reginald Beck is a 3rd generation baker and the creator of Fearless Bread.
He and his wife Rosa opened "All Glory Bakery" in 2003 and have since then moved from retail to teaching the art of artisan bread baking.
He has successfully added gluten free baking to the class curriculum as well as tips for other food allergies.
Classes are currently held at the following locations in the Northwest:
* Marlene's Market - Federal Way
* Sizzleworks - Bellevue
* Federal Way Naturopathy
* PCC Natural Markets - Winter 2010
Current projects on the drawing board include a cookbook, videos, and classroom instruction.
