I mainly offer traditional & artisan baking, gluten free baking, and dairy free baking instruction in the U.S. but I will consider international opportunities as well.
You may choose private instruction for individuals, groups, businesses, and organizations at a location of your choosing. Classes usually last an average of 3 hours unless otherwise noted.

Private instruction fees are as follows:
1 Student - 150.00
2-5 Students - 80.00 per person
6-10 Students - 50.00 per person
Over 10 Students - You and I will negotiate rates privately
* Any personal expenses I incur to bring a private class to your location such as facility rental, airfare, hotel lodging, transportation, meal accommodations, etc, are not included in this price list.
